Hi, I’m Brittany (Britt)! I’m 24 and currently the Assistant Director at a childcare centre where I’ve proudly worked for over five years. I hold my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, Child Protection training, a Blue Card, and a Police Check. Before stepping into leadership, I spent several years as the Lead Educator, working closely with babies and toddlers and supporting their routines, learning, and emotional needs. I also have experience across all age groups and love creating calm, positive experiences for every child in my care. I grew up in a big family (middle child of five!) and spend most of my free time with my partner, my sister, and my two young nieces. I’m passionate about building strong, trusting relationships and providing safe, nurturing care for little ones. I can’t wait to meet you and your child and make them feel safe, supported, and happy.
