Chloe Pead was our live-in Au Pair on two separate occasions, in 2020 and again in 2022. During these periods, our daughter was 18 months and 3.5 years old.
Chloe was responsible for the sole care of our daughter, including feeding, changing, and organising daily activities both at home and outside the home, such as driving to gymnastics and swimming lessons.
We found Chloe to be reliable, trustworthy, kind, and caring in all aspects of her work. She demonstrated great initiative, a nurturing attitude, and a genuine connection with our daughter.
Additional duties included light household tasks such as washing, basic cleaning, and general tidying, all of which she carried out with care and consistency.
We would not hesitate to recommend Chloe for any future childcare or similar roles.
Chloe has been our nanny for the past year, caring for our two young children (now aged 2 and 4). From the very beginning, Chloe has been an exceptional presence in our family — warm, patient, and deeply caring.
Chloe has a truly special way with children. She has formed a beautiful, genuine bond with both of ours, and it has been wonderful to see how comfortable, happy, and secure they are in her care. Her calm and nurturing nature brings out the best in them — she approaches every moment with patience and understanding, whether it’s helping with meals, encouraging play and learning, or navigating toddler tantrums with remarkable composure.
Beyond her incredible rapport with the children, Chloe is also trustworthy, and honest. We have always felt completely confident leaving our children in her care, knowing they are safe, loved, and engaged in thoughtful activities. She communicates clearly, and consistently goes above and beyond in her role.
