I started babysitting 20 years ago and have since gone on to get my Masters in Education and become a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. My daytime job is working as a clinical consultant with autistic children. I’m a Mum to an 9yo boy, Aunty to 3 beautiful nephews and am often the adult you find playing with the kids rather than chatting with the adults! I’m passionate about creating safe, positive and fun environments for children to thrive while also maintaining fair and clear boundaries. Very comfortable caring for children of any age (including babies or teenagers) and children with special needs.

Claire was amazing. So kind and engaged straight away with our kids. Our 5 y o was upset we were leaving and Claire sat with him as we left and comforted him. Within a few minutes we received a message from her that he was happy, then she sent photo updates through the evening of the cubby house they had built! Absolutely loved having Claire and would highly recommend her.

Claire was amazing with our 5 year old little man who has additional needs. She built up a rapport with him within minutes and he had a wonderful time. It made for a completely stress-free evening out for us. Highly recommend!
Claire was great with my girls. They loved spending time with her and all the activities they did with. She made it so easy and chilled being with them and my youngest whose shy was laughing and very playful with her. Very relaxed time while I got lots done during my day :)
Claire was absolutely wonderful with my 13mo. I was nervous leaving my son with a babysitter for the first time but Claire was super reassuring, confident and kind. She bonded with my son quickly- even though he is normally quite reserved around new people. He has always been tricky to put to sleep but Claire managed to put him down for a nap and then later put him to bed at night. He was happy and well rested and Claire kept us updated throughout the day/night. Would love to have Claire babysit for us again!

Claire was amazing, she had a good communication with us throughout the booking and our 6 month old was happily asleep when we got home. Will definitely book her again.
I have known Claire for 4 years, our son's attend the same school and play sport together on weekends. Often Claire supports me in taking my children to school or events, I have complete trust in Claire. Both my children adore Claire , therefore I asked them for some feedback for this reference. My son said "Claire is a 10 out of 10, she is so much fun". My daughter stated "Claire is really kind and she listens to what you have to say". Due to Claire's training she has a therapeutic approach to parenting, her style is strength based, calm and respectful. The only problem you will have is your children will never want Claire to leave as they will love her so much!
Claire prefers a maximum number of 6 children per booking.
