Maja was fantastic. Communicated throughout the afternoon, sharing pictures and updates on our little one. Very friendly. Would highly recommend
Maja helpfully arrived early for our booking as I'd asked her to in a message. But the app failed to push her messages through (until an hour later) so I wasn't aware she'd arrived early.
I also didn't hear the doorbell although she said she'd been ringing it. When I came looking for her 10 mins into the booked 4 hours, she had gone. She didn't call me before leaving and refused to come back when I spoke to her on the phone, even though we had booked her for 4 hours.
She then put through a charge for the 4 hours!
The reasonable things for her to do here would have been:
a) attempt to call before leaving
b) once speaking to me, turn around and come back since we were paying for her time
c) if she decided to cancel on us, given the circumstances, I would have understood being billed for 1h of her time (but not 4h!)
Great communication and my daughter enjoyed her time with her
