Silvana was great. She arrived on time at the hotel and instantly built a rapport with our twin two year old boys. One twin was upset as we left, but quickly settled down. Silvana kept us updated throughout the evening and let us know once the boys were sound asleep. We would certainly use her again on our next trip to Sydney.

Silvana was amazing, highly recommend! She was great with communication all day and we came home to a happy sleeping little boy, along with a note detailing all his feed/sleep/bottle/nappy times, which I really appreciated. She even graciously put up with our hyper energetic puppy who I have a feeling jumped all over her for hours (thank you and sorry Silvana!!) 5 stars, would love to have her look after our son again.

Silvana watched our 5-month-old for 3 hours during the day. She arrived early and seemed at ease with the baby right away. She put the baby down for a nap and gave him a bottle while I was gone. When I returned home the baby was rested and fed and happy. Would definitely book with Silvana again!

Silvana babysat our boys at our hotel and they haven’t stopped raving about her! She was reliable, punctual, friendly and so kindly stayed back when our show ran a little late. The boys said she was so much fun, setting up obstacle courses, reading and doing puzzles. They are asking for her to babysit them again, unfortunately we live 2 hours away but she will be our first choice next time we are in Sydney!

My one year old took to Silvana quickly despite him initially having separation anxiety. Silvana had him giggling and playing in no time, fed him lunch, took him for a walk and a play in the park and fed him dinner. Silvana was thoughtful in cleaning up the high chair and kitchen after his meals. My son and I would highly recommend Silvana.
